Visit to the Omer Vander Ghinste brewery
An authentic immersion in the world of Flemish brewing
Immerse yourself in the heart of Belgian brewing tradition with a visit to the Omer Vander Ghinste Brewery, a family business founded in 1892 in Bellegem, near Courtrai. For five generations, this brewery has perpetuated its unique know-how, combining authentic recipes and modern techniques to offer a varied range of beers with character.
The guided tour, which lasts around two hours, takes you through the historic facilities and the brand new visitor centre. You’ll discover the secrets of the brewing process and the fascinating history of the Vander Ghinste family. The tour concludes with a tasting of their iconic beers, an introduction to the OMER serving ritual, and each visitor leaves with a gift box.
You must book your visit by emailing visit@omer.be and quoting the gift code that will appear on the voucher. For a weekend visit, please send your booking request before 4pm on Friday.
