Visit to the Gaspar Museum

Open the door to this luxurious 19th-century residence,

and meet Jean and Charles Gaspar, two brothers, one a sculptor, the other a pictorialist photographer and patron of the arts.

The vigorous, realistic animals of Jean, a pupil of Jef Lambeaux, stand alongside the softer, timeless photographs of Charles.

The museum also organises major temporary exhibitions thanks to its very rich collections. At the end of the tour, you will discover the exceptional Antwerp altarpiece known as the Fisenne altarpiece, dating from the early 16th century, alongside other collections of religious art.
