Since 1991, Nausicaá’s mission has been to raise public awareness of ocean conservation issues. More than 20 million visitors have been made aware of the fragility of the ocean, including 5 million schoolchildren. From the outset, Nausicaá has been a committed centre, taking part in numerous conservation programmes, research activities and breeding programmes: more than 2,000 pups are born here every year!
